This decision follows a sustained pattern of misuse of the service that the company is no longer willing to permit or absorb.
Under our Terms of Service, each license is issued to a single, verified user and grants no right to share, resell, or extend access to any third party. A recurring number of accounts connected wallets belonging to other, unlicensed individuals to a single paid license, in effect granting unauthorized parties access to a service they had not purchased. This is not a grey area: it constitutes unauthorized access to a restricted system and a breach of contract, and in a number of jurisdictions may separately amount to unlawful circumvention of access controls. Alongside this, licensed data and outputs generated by the platform were repeatedly redistributed outside the service in violation of the license terms under which they were provided.
This conduct caused direct and quantifiable financial harm to the company and undermined the basis on which access was granted in the first place. Continuing to operate the platform under these conditions is not viable, commercially or in good conscience.
Accordingly, the company has resolved to cease operations of this platform in full. All licenses are terminated as of closure, and no further access, support, or data processing will be provided.
Users who held and used their license in accordance with the Terms of Service have been issued a full refund.
